Is Miley Cyrus Being A Bully To Selena Gomez?

Miley Cyrus just keeps on dissing Selena Gomez. The "Wrecking Ball" singer and Selena have not always been the best of friends, but is Miley being too much of a bully to the "The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer?
Based on Miley's recent social media posts, it seems like she has been taking every chance she gets to diss Selena. First, she mocked Selena's selfie and now, she's dissing her on Twitter.

On January 22, Miley posted a line from Justin Bieber's song with rapper, Nicki Minaj, "Beauty and a Beat." She wrote, ""Bunz out. Weiner. But I gotta keep my eye for Selener.-" @NICKIMINAJ (that is a direct quote)"
Seems a little weird that Miley says that the lyrics are a "direct quote", when we know she's keeping an eye on Selena, who she has dissed and mocked openly before.
Miley is also close with Selena's ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, so maybe Justin and Selena's on and off relationship stems from Miley's apparent animosity towards her. At one of Miley's concerts last June 2014, she was singing the song "FU" when she grabbed a cardboard cutout of Selena and tossed it into the audience.
After that, when Selena posted a sexy photo of her in a bikini, Miley copied her pose, posted the photo on her Instagram and captioned the photo, "Do yiew tink if I push muah titties up I'll get mo followahhhzzzz? #shouldigrowmyhairout? #koomkoomquah @derrellbullock @twingkleswinkle @adamleber @anderssonjj @chelseahandler @baddiewinkle
