Lindsay Lohan may still feel a bit under the weather, but she's still making an effort to look good. The Life Travelers actress posted a photo on her Instagram wearing a Calvin Klein thong and a white turtle neck top.

The 28-year old actress captioned the sexy photo, "#mycalvins are helping me fight off my chikungunya hehe". With nothing but the underwear and the long-sleeve top, the Mean Girls alum looked extremely fit and gorgeous.

Just last month, Lindsay was vacationing in the South Pacific Island of Bora Bora when she contracted the chikungunya virus. According to the WHO, the untreatable virus can be transmitted from mosquito bites and can cause fatigue, joint pain, rashes and fever. The virus is commonly mistaken for dengue, as they have almost the same symptoms.

While suffering from the virus, Lindsay posted a photo of her on a jet ski and tweeted several messages such as, "Before I got chikungunya. Use Big Spray please. God Bless." And "Being sick is no fun. But happy new year everyone. Be safe. Love all."

Despite her unfortunate health situation, the Speed-the-Plow star, seems to be feeling a lot better later that day. She posted a selfie along with the caption, "In good faith with good people. I refuse to let a virus [affect] my peaceful vacation. Be safe and happy on the new year all."
