Newlyweds Arissa Cheo and Vaness Wu have seemingly hit a huge bump in their marriage as Singaporean heiress, Arissa, has reportedly requested for a divorce from Vaness.
Arissa and Vaness started dating in 2006 and even though they broke up twice, they were able to work their relationship out and take it to the next level by registering for marriage in 2013 in Singapore. They then got married in Los Angeles, however, just a little more than year, their marriage was already supposedly on the rocks.

Earlier reports have suggested that the couple were able to mend their relationship, however, sources close to Arissa have revealed that the heiress have been opening up to friends about their marriage problems and that she has actually have asked for a divorce.
To add to the speculation, the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram, and just recently, Arissa posted, "I wish I were a man. I wish I were brave. I wish I were strong. I wish I was fearless. A woman's struggle and what goes on behind the scenes, no one will ever know and understand."
Reports also suggest that the reason behind their problems was because their married life was far different from the time that they were dating. And because their religions are different, they had to maintain different habits, which contributed to their endless quarrels.
Vanness, who was recently in Singapore for an event, didn't respond to questions about their alleged divorce. When asked about his marriage, the actor and singer simply responded with, "I've always wanted to keep my private life private. I will not address any of my personal matters."
