Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is still up to his antics of snubbing the media. However, his attitude has spilled on to his interactions with fans as well.

Contrary to popular belief, Lynch is not really a snob. His attitude, away from the media, can be warm, engaging, and even witty.

Lynch though does not feel that way with the media as made evident by his recent actions during media days of Super Bowl week.

Every time he faced reporters this past week, he only does his required five minutes. Apart from that, he has been giving the same answer to every question. Last Wednesday it was, "you know why I am here."

Since the start of the season, Lynch's aversion to the media has been made apparent. The shocking thing is that his team fully supports him on the matter.

Head Coach Pete Carroll says good things about Lynch.

"He's trying to do the best job he can of being him, and maybe you don't feel that that's what he should do, but that is what is going on," Carroll said.

He adds that he is a great team member, but the environment in front of the media isn't favorable for Lynch. However, it was not mentioned that he only keeps up his end of media day interviews because it is in his contract.

His antics seem to spill over to the fans, as he has begun snubbing them as well.

It is understandable that he does not talk to the media. Earlier in the year, he explained he doesn't like doing it because he feels the National Football League (NFL) is forcing him.

Yet the fans are a different thing altogether. While they do not sign for Lynch's pay check, they shell out their hard earned cash to buy his gear and watch him play.

Nancy Armour from USA Today stated that while Lynch does not owe anything to the media, he does owe something more to the fans that support and adore him.
