Idina Menzel once again rocked as she proved to all her critics and detractors that she's actually one hell of a singer able to hit the high notes as she belted out the National Anthem at the Superbowl Sunday afternoon.
Menzel looked really gorgeous in the black jumpsuit that she was wearing when she sang before those who were at the University of Phoenix Stadium and for the millions of viewers at home.

Just a few minutes before her performance, she tweeted: "Send my good vibes #SB49."
And when the belted it out, the singer definitely nailed it, much to the netizens' applause!
Here are tweets, haling :
"So proud! @idinamenzel #Elphabowl" - @chriscolfer
"Go Elsa !!!! Adele Dazeem is the best !!! @idinamenzel - ELPHABA knows ... #SuperBowI" - @Rosie
"Beautiful @idinamenzel! Girl can sing. #SB49" - @Wolfiesmom
"Yup. Baby mama crushed it at the Super Bowl" - @TayeDiggs
"Way to go @idinamenzel #NationalAnthem made me cry! #SuperBowl" - @pattistanger
For the impact and magnitude of Menzel's performance, all was forgiven after her panned stint at the New Year's Eve performance in Times Square.
Thanks to the freezing temperature, Menzel, who sang "Let It Go" had difficulty in shooting the high, leaving her at the mercy of social media critics.
Menzel, who grabbed the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Elphaba in the Broadway musical Wicked, shot to international fame for lending her voice to the role of the Snow Queen Elsa in the colossally successful animated film Frozen. She was recently honored with the Breakthrough Award at Billboard's Women in Music Award.
