Fourth-Grader Threatens Classmate With "One Ring", Gets Suspended

A fourth-grader has been suspended from Kermit Elementary School after threatening to make a classmate "disappear".
The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies was the end of the hobbits' tale for many, but for one fourth-grader it was a signal for him to pick up where Sauron left off, by threatening one of his classmates with the One Ring.
For those unaware, the One Ring is where Sauron (the main antagonist of Lord of the Rings) gains most of his power, but it is kept hidden to stop him from regaining full dominion over Middle-earth.

Alongside controlling all of the major factions in Middle-earth, it can also give the wearer invisibility, something Jason Steward's son apparently told his classmate would happen to him.
Normally, this type of thing is sorted with a letter in the mail or perhaps the parent coming behind after school to chat about their kid's behavior, but Steward was astounded to hear his son had been suspended for the incident.
Even after the head of Kermit Elementary School Roxanne Green was told it was a magical threat, she responded "threats to another child's safety would not be tolerated - whether magical or not."
Whats even more hilarious (or sad depending on how you look at it) is the school claimed this was a "terroristic threat", teetering on the edge of insanity.
Steward will be getting a letter sent to him about the incident, but after six months at the school (and already two warnings) it looks like he might be viewing other elementary schools in the near future, especially if his son continues to incite Sauron's will upon students.
