Bobbi Kristina Brown isn't actually married.

Contrary to the news circulating where Nick Gordon has been referred to as the husband who found Brown face down and unconscious in the bathroom in her Atlanta suburb home, the daughter of pop diva Whitney Brown is actually not married, Christopher Brown, Bobby Brown's lawyer said.

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been rushed to the hospital and is still in coma after being discovered by Gordon and a friend unresponsive in a bathtub. The two immediately called a police after finding out what happened to Bobbi.

Statement for Bobby Brown, however, countered a statement issued in January 2014 confirming to The Associated Press that the two have been married. No details of the alleged wedding were however released.

Brown was moved from North Fulton Hospital Tueasday to Emory Hospital in Atlanta.

The family has not made any statement detailing the present condition of the celebrity daughter although a statement Monday said that she was "fighting for her life."

Authorities are now investigating the incident leading to Brown's emergency. Police officers from Roswell, Ga. police revealed that detectives had already made queries from people inside the house before the police arrived. A search warrant has already been issued to inspect the premises.

Report from Journal-Constitution, meanwhile, revealed that police records can tell that one of the men who were in Brown's home was a Saturday was a 24-year-old Maxwell Byron Lomas of Duluth, Ga., who has criminal cases filed against him following an arrest last month.
