Roswell Police Department detectives are reportedly conducting an intense investigation because they believe somebody or a group of people must have actually been in the home of Bobbi Kristina Brown before or at the time her alleged husband Nick Gordon discovered her face down in a bathtub. Police believes that eyewitness managed to fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.

Sources close to E! News can tell that police officers have been asking storeowners on the mall along Ellard Village near Bobbi Kristina's gated subdivision if they ever noticed any suspicious individuals or activities before police rushed to Bobbi's home.
Sources even said that there were two police investigators who went to Sun Trust Bank on Holcomb Bridge Road following the incident asking staff for parking lot surveillance video and inquiring if they noticed any suspicious in the area, like somebody jumping on the wall. However, locals around did not see anyone or notice anything suspicious.
Roswell, Ga. police received a 911 call at around 10:25 a.m. and immediately responded to calls for help after Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in the tub.
According to E! News aside from Nick Gordon, a certain Max Lomas was also in Bobbi's home when she was discovered unconscious.
Police are already investigating the events leading to Bobbi's hospitalization.
It was also made clear that Gordon is not Bobbi Kristina's husband, although the couple has been calling each other husband and wife.
