Stephanie Ho's Shoots to Fame in TVB Drama 'Raising The Bar'

Actress Stephanie Ho's popularity is increasing, thus giving her the benefit of becoming known as a talented actress. Ho shot to fame following her role in the TVB legal drama, Raising the Bar, Jaynestars News reports.
Ho initially entered showbiz as a participant in the first season of the world renowned singing competition, The Voice.

Though Ho's singing career didn't work out, she compensated more by showing off her amazing acting skills in TV dramas. This career shift became fruitful, as she is gaining more recognition as an actress.
Raising the Bar depicts the lives of two trainee lawyers working in different law firms. Ho plays one of the trainee lawyers.
The drama also features an all stellar cast, which consists of: Grace Chan, Jeannie Chan, Moon Lau, Ben Wong, Ram Chiang and Elaine Yiu.
Ho's sunny personality and charisma appealed more to the audience, breaking the actress stereotype of coming from a beauty pageant or a modeling background.
Ho's previous role in The Golden Chopsticks made the audience notice her cute looks but Raising the Bar cemented her career as an actress. Ho also made waves in several forums, praising her performance as well.
In a survey, most netizens consider Ho as the prettiest among the Raising the Bar cast.
Some went to the extreme of digging past achievements thus discovering that the 22 year old actress was a competitive golf player.
The actress participated in the 2010 Southeast Asian Games and bears a 26th rank among 30 players.
