"This is for later after I get on the plane, and I can have good sleep then with it. If you insist me to declare it, I would rather throw it away now" Last night, an old lady, who carried a bottle of strong alcohol before she got on the flight to Bangkok, unexpectedly drank off all the 150ml bottle of alcohol after being detected by the security at Baiyun airport.

Around 23,20 last night, Mrs. Zhang was about to participate in the tour group to Bangkok at Baiyun International Airport. When she went through the security screener, Wang, the security girl found that there was a bottle of liquid in Mrs. Zhang's bag. Then she requested her to the open package for further inspection. After the inspection she found that in the bag of Mrs. Zhang there was a bottle of very strong alcohol. The security explained to Zhang that according to the aviation regulation, all liquid must be declared. Mrs. Zhang responded that this alcohol would be used for a better sleep when she is on the plane, and if the security insists that it needs to declare, she would rather throw it away. After she said this, she quickly finished the whole bottle of strong alcohol.
The Baiyun International Airport security has reminded the public passengers: according to the relevant regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, non-duty-free liquor items must be declared, and can not be brought as belongings. Also, the airline carrier has the authority to reject carrying the intoxicated passengers.
