Eddie Pang, best known as one of the members of the band EO2 just recently confirmed his plan to marry long-time girlfriend Queenie Chu next year. The two went public with their relationship and didn't attempt to deny any of the news when they were seen together eating lunch in 2012.

In a press conference for his upcoming film, the singer-actor revealed their plan to get married sometime early next year. He shared, "It should be around the beginning of next year. As for the actual dates, we will definitely announce them soon."

Queenie has been speculated to be pregnant ever since fans noticed her gaining weight. However, Eddie disputed the speculations and told the media, jokingly, "That's actually her food baby! She has been working at her restaurant and also eating a lot, but don't worry. Queenie and I will work hard to lose weight. We need to fit into our wedding attire." Eddie and Queenie opened their own restaurant last year.

Both of them are already busy planning and preparing for their wedding, however, he revealed that he has not yet proposed to Queenie. Although he had something in mind, he decided against it since Queenie was not comfortable with the way he planned to propose.

"She doesn't think I'm romantic enough. Since her childhood, Queenie and her mother had always relied on each other, but her mother passed away around 10 years ago. I originally wanted to propose to Queenie in front of her mother's grave, promising her that I will take care of her forever, but she thought it was a terrifying idea."

When asked why Queenie knew how he planned to execute his wedding proposal, Eddie confessed that he blurted his plan out when they were arguing. "She was upset at me for not spending time with her, so I decided to tell her my plans. After all, I had already showed her my engagement ring. But she wasn't satisfied with it, so now I have to come up with something else."
