North West is barely two years old but she is already a fashionista! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's adorable daughter was seen out and about in New York City rocking an expensive fur coat.

According to Kaufman Furs' Marc Kaufman and Jody Wolfe, who estimated the coat's value to be around US$3500 (if it is real), the coat is probably made out of crystal fox fur.

Kaufman even remarks, "It looks nice on the baby," whose famous clients include Diddy, Janet Jackson and 50 Cent. 

It is still uncertain whether the fur is real or faux, but Lisa Lange, PETA's Senior Vice President told Page Six that, "Kids are naturally drawn to animals and sympathetic to their plight, and there's no reason to think that North is any different. If the fur coat that she's been dressed in is real, animals have suffered for vanity, something that we're sure neither North nor any little girl her age would support."

Under the fur, the 1-year old wore a black top and black leggings and matched it with black Doc Martens.

Although all eyes were on North, she was with her famous mom Kim, who also wore a fur-collar black coat. As for why the mother and daughter were all glammed up? They were on their way to watch dad Kanye's Adidas fashion show in Soho.

Her fur coat isn't her first brush with high fashion though, as the mini fashionista has previously appeared in a photoshoot wearing Chanel. She posed for CR Fashion Book managed by Carine Roitfeild, who was formerly the Editor-in-Chief Vogue Paris. 

A quote by Chanel's creative director next to the photo said, "It is never too early to care about fashion."

The way Kim and Kanye dress their baby has been creating a lot of buzz lately. Not only do people think North's clothes are impractical but they are also wondering why Kim does not dress her in usual kid colors such as pink, yellow or purple. But in an interview with Lucky Magazine, Kim revealed that North "doesn't like pink of purple. She likes greys, creams, oatmeal colors and black." The parents are even reported to tell shopping assistants that they are "only dressing her in black right now."
