Pamela Anderson is divorcing Rick Salomon...for the third time.

"It's a private matter. Pamela felt best to let go of a difficult situation," Pam's rep said, not wanting to make any comments regarding the issue.

The couple got married in October 2007, however, their rocky marriage ended when the 46-year-old sexy actress filed for divorce, initially ending her marriage with an annulment in February 2008. Their separation eventually ended and on Jan. 9, 2014, they got married again. But just as the first marriage, the second marriage only lasted for a short while and Anderson, for the second time, filed for divorce on July 3.

Court accessed by E! News can, however, reveal that the Baywatch actress asked the court to cancel her request after Anderson said that they have reconciled their "irreconcilable differences." Two weeks later, the couple were seen very sweet while in Malibu.

Reports, however, can reveal that the couple were really having a hard time trying to patch things up. On Tuesday, they officially separated and divorce was filed before the court Wednesday. Anderson is believed to be seeking for spousal support. Rick is a famous poker champion.

"Good, better, best-- things are better, and, the best is yet to come-," she posted on Facebook, which might be a hint about her divorce for the third time.

This was Anderson's third marriage and Salomon's second, excluding their recently annulled union and Rick's annulled marriage to Shannen Doherty.

 Anderson has two sons with her first husband Tommy Lee, while Salomon has two daughters with his first wife, Elizabeth Daily.
