(Photo : REUTERS/Fred Prouser) Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston, reveals a tattoo with the initials "W H" as she waves while arriving with boyfriend Nick Gordon at the premiere of the new film "Sparkle" starring Jordin Sparks and the late Whitney Houston in Hollywood August 16, 2012.
Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, clarified in a statement via his attorney that he has no plans to seek legal actions to gain the right to visit his girlfriend in the hospital.
Gordon's statement came after Bobbi's cousin, Jared Brown, opined in an interview with 11Alive that Gordon was planning to take legal actions against Brown's family.

Gordon's lawyers, Randy Kessler and Joe Habachy, issued a statement on Brown's behalf to clarify the issue once and for all.
"In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not. Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina," the statement said.
The statement also said that Gordon "remains in constant prayer" for Brown and he hopes they would soon be "reunited" with each other.
It is believed that Gordon tried to visit his girlfriend during her first night in the hospital, although his attempts ended in physical confrontation with Bobbi's relatives.
Last year, Marion Houston, Bobbi's aunt, asked the court to issue a temporary restraining order against Gordon, who was accused of stalking Brown and sending her threatening messages. The TRO ends in April.
Brown's relatives also sought prosecutors' help to file charges against Gordon following the bathtub incident.
Police investigations are now ongoing after wary injuries have been discovered in Bobbi's chest. Bruises were also found on her mouth and face. However, Gordon said that the injuries might have been caused the CPR that his friend performed on Bobbi.
Bobbi's family however was adamant that Gordon was involved with what happened to Bobbi. Her paternal aunt Leolah Brown said in an interview with Fox 5 Wednesday that Nick Gordon should be held liable and that he should be '110 per cent ' charged with a crime.
Gordon has not yet responded to the family's accusations.
