Music producers Tang Chi Wai and Ben Chong just recently announced the launch of their own entertainment production company, Unleash Entertainment, along with announcements about new music collaborations and projects.

Chi Wai has worked for TVB for more than ten years and have produced plenty of memorable songs under them. However, in 2013, he decided to break away from the company to pursue his own career endeavors and achieve his own visions. Doing so has also enabled him to venture into different markets.

The promising new company has already officially teamed up with American producer DJ Whoo Kid. Whoo Kid, who has worked with an impressive list of famous musicians including Eminem, Steve Aoki, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and Borgeous, has signed on to help the company with its production of hip hop sounds.

Chi Wai and Chong may have different music styles, but the duo decided to work together to inject something fresh and new into the Cantopop music scene. Aside from producing music, one of Unleash Entertainment's goals is to bring international brands to China and help them break into the Mainland Chinese market.

Everything and everyone seems to be on good terms, as actor Raymond Lam, as well as Chi Wai's former boss, TVB executive, Virginia Wok are in full support of the company and its goals.

Raymond was reported to have invested in the new company and although he denied it, he shared that Chi Wai, who is a very good friend of his, will be helping him compose fresh tracks for his upcoming album, which will be recorded in the United States.

Aside from composing songs and building his new venture, Chi Wai is also providing his own vocals to his songs, just like in his recently released track, "Epic."

With Chi Wai's talents and creativity, a lot of fans are looking forward to what the music producer will bring to the Cantopop scene.
