Jennifer Aniston may be 46 years old but she is still one of Hollywood's hottest and most bankable stars and Vince Vaughn is among those lucky guys who had the chance to date her. It has been nine years since the two dated and while the 44-year old actor remained silent about the relationship, as well as their breakup, he has decided to open up about it now.

The star of True Detective season 2 recently sat down with Playboy magazine for an interview and opened up about his ex Jennifer, but unlike other broken up couples who seem to have bitterness toward one another, Vince had nothing but praises for Jennifer and blames the media for their breakup.
He told Playboy that although he enjoyed being with Jennifer and thinks that she is a great person, he never enjoyed being followed by the paparazzi too much. He also added that even though he and Jennifer spent time together, he felt like he spent most of his time trying to stay away from the attention.
And the reason why Jennifer was garnering so much media attention during that time was because she was in the middle of a divorce from Brad Pitt. A divorce, which, until now is much talked about.
While a lot of people thought of Vince as Jennifer's rebound, Jennifer clarified the speculation and said that Vince was her "defibrillator." He was the one who brought her back to life and shared that they had an extremely perfect time together. Sadly though, the relationship she says, "ran its course."
Vince isn't wallowing over their breakup though, as he is now happily married to real estate agent Kyla Webber and are parents to 4-year old Locklyn and 1 year-old Vernon.
When asked why he didn't get married earlier, the actor revealed that he opted to wait till he got a little older and said that he's glad that he did.
