16 and Pregnant star Valerie Fairman was taken into custody after allegedly offering to perform sexual acts for an undercover officer for cash on the streets of New Castle, Delaware last February 12, Ace Showbiz reports.
The 21 year old reality star was arrested along with seven other women in a multi-agency prostitution sting operation conducted by the police. This is response to "numerous citizen complaints of prostitution and other quality of life crimes that have been occurring"

Fairman was considered as one of the youngest women arrested in the joint operation of Delaware State Police, New Castle County Governor's Task Force, Delaware State Police New Castle Drug Unit, the New Castle County Police Department and the Wilmington Police Department.
Fairman was issued a criminal summons for prostitution pending court hearing.
However, this arrest is not the first time Fairman got in trouble with the law, according to Us Magazine.
In 2011, Fairman was arrested after reportedly assaulting her own adoptive mother.
In 2012, she was also arrested with charges of theft.
Fairman became famous after starring in the second season of '16 and Pregnant'.
The reality star was only 15 when the show aired and raised her newborn daughter, Nevaeh Lynn Fairman.
She was always involved in quarrels with her baby daddy to the extent of name calling and shaming.
"It's your baby Matt! Just, like, get it through your head, we had sex a lot and it was unprotected. You know it's your baby!" these are lines Fairman was best remembered for in the MTV reality show.
Ironically, it looks like Fairman will end up in jail for selling sex for money. The reality star is still in custody.
