Nicholas Brendon was placed under arrest on the grounds of grand theft Monday after being believed to have drunkenly trashed his hotel room in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and failing to pay his bill, police reports show.
A police filing that TMZ got can reveal that he incurred US$450 worth of damages, while owing the hotel US$380 in bill for food and beverages.

The Criminal Minds actor was in town for the Shock Pop Comic-con.
A statement issued by a rep of the former Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor said that he was fighting "a disease that many of us don't understand."
"We are working with him to improve upon the situation at hand and look toward the future. He's sorry for his actions and takes what happened last night very seriously. We will take great care to ensure his safety in the future," the statement continued.
Brendon was admitted into rehab October last year after he revealed he was dependent on both prescription drugs and alcohol following his arrest in Boise, Idaho, for allegedly damaging property and attempting to resist authorities.
Meanwhile, Bloody Bombshell Entertainment spokesperson, Andrea Albin, threw her support to Brendon. She posted on his Facebook: "We're aware of the arrest. We appreciate the love. We want nothing more than for Nick to focus on his health and personal well being at this time."
A few days ago, Albin announced on Nick's FB that the 43-year-old actor is separating from his wife of four years, Moonda Tee.
