Is Michelle Branch back on the market? The 31-year old musician filed for divorce from her husband, Teddy Landau after being together for more than a decade. 

While Michelle and Teddy were already separated since January of last year, PEOPLE magazine reported that according to a court document they obtained, Michelle just filed for divorced last February 9, citing irreconcilable differences.

The "All You Wanted" singer tied the knot with her former bass player in Mexico on May 23, 2004, when she was just 21 years old and Teddy was 19 years her senior. They welcomed their baby girl, Owen Isabelle on August 3, 2005, which they are now seeking for joint custody.

In a 2006 interview with PEOPLE, Michelle opened up about her relationship with Teddy saying that they did not have a really smooth start and that her parents did not like the idea of her getting married to a musician at first, but eventually loved him.  Michelle told the magazine, "I mean, how unrealistic is that? I'm not going to fall for an accountant!" As for the age gap? She revealed that when her dad found out that her husband was closer to his age, "he got very nervous." 

So is the singer back on the market? Sadly, no. While the paperwork for the divorce has only just begun, Michelle has reportedly already been dating L.A. rock band's Dead Sara's bassist, Chris Null.

Michelle's last album was West Coast Time and was unfortunately unreleased. She announced last November 2013 that she was recording a new album and updated fans last February 2014 that the rest of the tracks will be recorded in Nashville. There has been no news nor updates about the upcoming album as of late.
