Things do not seem to be as good lately for Hilary Duff.

First, she attempted to make a comeback in the music industry by releasing her single called "Chasing the Sun," but instead of giving her career a fresh start and renewing the fans and execs' interest, she simply caught the attention of her ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter who cheated on her with Lindsay Lohan.

Carter even continued to stalk her via her social media accounts despite knowing that the 27-year old actress and singer is married.

Yes, Duff separated from retired hockey player Mike Comrie in January of last year, but they still have an on-again off-again relationship and stalled on finalizing their divorce. However, after the recent news about Comrie, Duff might finally get that push to call it quits for good.

Several news outlets have reported that when Comrie went to Mastro's Steakhouse last week to go grab dinner with a friend, he persistently hit on their waitress and continued to creep up on her even after his friend left. When they arrived, witnesses said that it was obvious Comrie was already drunk.

A witness said, "I watched him as he blatantly and repeatedly hit on his waitress. It became a bit creepy. Even his buddy tried to dial him back a bit. Mike just wouldn't let up with the flirting."

But Comrie did not leave the restaurant or stop attempting to flirt with the waitress even after she told him she was unavailable and is in a relationship. 

About an hour after his friend left, the witness said that Comrie continued to drink alone, and just when the restaurant was about to close, he approached a woman at the bar sitting with her boyfriend or husband. The couple kept persuading Comrie to go back to his table when he suddenly asked the woman, "Ok. How much? How much do you want? I have as much as you need. How much for sex? Name your price. How much do you want to have sex with me?" 

Comrie obviously had overstepped his boundaries, so when the woman's date told him to back away, Comrie became aggressive and challenged the man to a fight outside.

This was when security stepped in and prevented the "situation from escalating," one server said. When the security talked to Comrie, he claimed to be sober and was simply hanging out with his friends. In fact, he told them that not only was he sober but he was also the designated driver for that night.

But when Comrie pointed at his table of friends, and saw that it was empty, security immediately put him in a taxi and ordered to take him home.
