Sad news for fans of Orange is The New Black who were hoping to see more of Piper's ex-fiancé, Larry Bloom, as Jason Biggs just announced that he will not be returning for the third season of Orange is The New Black.
Looks like somebody is lucky enough to be granted an early release. The 36-year old actor who will star in Broadway's "The Heidi Chronicles" starting Monday, alongside Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss revealed that his character on the hit show is currently under parole by Netflix executives.

Commenting on his character, Biggs told Joe Dziemianowicz, News theater critic that, "They're not focusing on Larry at the moment," and he, as well as Netflix confirmed that he will not be appearing in season three. However, he added that "there is always a possibility he can come back."
Biggs, best known for his role as Jim Levenstein in the American Pie series, will not be staying idle during his indefinite absence from the show. As mentioned above, "The Heidi Chronicles", a play centered around Heidi Holland's journey to become a successful art historian starts on Monday.
Biggs, who has had his fair share of controversial issues on social media has been on Orange is The New Black since it first aired, but his role eventually faded when his character decided to end his engagement to jailed fiancée Piper Chapman, played by Taylor Schilling.
The third season of Orange is the New Black is scheduled to premiere on June on Netflix.
