Bruce Jenner may end up paying millions of dollars following the February 7 road crash that accidentally and wrongfully killed 69-year-old Kim Howe.
Videos captured by CCTV cameras from a nearby gas station, as well as by commuter riding a bus, reveal that it was really Jenner who was at fault during the car accident.

Personal injury lawyer James Fox presumed in an interview with People that Jenner might end up paying up to "$10 million for the death of this person."
"He could be on the hook personally for the balance of $9 million. He may or may not have sufficient insurance coverage to pay a judgment. His personal assets could be at stake," Fox continued.
A recreation of the car crash, based on the video captured by passengers riding the MTA bus, revealed Jenner actually hit both cars in front of him, causing it to careen onto oncoming traffic.
Likewise, Jenner was seen rear-ending a Prius that was in front of the white Lexus. Luckily, the Prius driver was left unscathed.
Test results show that Bruce was sober when he was driving. He also agreed to undergo blood test at a local hospital as an SOP of the investigation.
It was found that Jenner was taking a very small amount of female hormones as prescribed by his doctor. Accordingly, the hormones had no role in car crash.
Jenner also denied, through his rep, that he was texting during the crash. His rep also said that phone records will show if he was really texting at the time the accident happened.
According to legal experts, it is highly unlikely that Jenner would face jail term and even if he was found responsible for negligent driving, he would still not serve jail time because he has no history of prior arrests and he wasn't driving under the influence or showing erratic behavior.
The tragedy that recently befell Jenner followed after he decided to reveal his identity as a transgender to his family.
He also decided not to pursue his plans of sex plans for the meantime, not until the police investigation is over.
