When actor Nicholas Tse divorced Cecilia Cheung and got back together with his ex-girlfriend Faye Wong, many fans wondered when Cecilia would find the man who would make her happy.

Recently though, it appears that Cecilia has found love with Sun Donghai, a 47-year old mainland millionaire.

Sun's financial success is due to his various businesses and diverse investments in real estate, fashion, education, science and technology, as well as culture.

It was previously reported that he even gave the 34-year old actress a very generous gift--a house worth 60 million RMB or around US$9.5 million, conveniently located near the Beijing airport, so that Cecilia has a comfortable place to stay every time she goes to China.

In January of this year, mainland paparazzi saw Cecilia leaving a celebrity event early to go to Sun's luxurious mansion.

The paparazzi, who camped out for a few days outside Sun's home, snapped photos of Cecilia going in and out of the home. She was even seen with Sun's hand around her waist.

The new couple was also snapped by paparazzi shopping with Cecilia and ex-husband's sons Lucas and Quintus Tse.

According to several reports, Cecilia and Sun met each other through Nicholas' father Patrick Tse. Sun is apparently tight with the Tse family that Nicholas even calls him "uncle."

Before Cecilia got together with Sun, he was linked to actress Yin Tao after dating Chinese actress Xiao Ran Li, who was rumored to be the main reason why the millionaire divorced his wife.

However, Sun and Xiao broke up after Xiao decided to date director Yan Po.

In an incident in 2010, Yan Po was attacked and stabbed by four men but fortunately survived.

One of the suspects revealed that he was a close friend of Sun and felt sorry for his friend after Xiao broke up with him.
