Lizzie McGuire star Hillary Duff has officially filed for divorce from husband Mike Comrie. The 27 year old star cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking primary physical custody of their two year old son last February 21, according to Xin MSN via TMZ.
Duff, who separated from Comrie earlier last year, submitted legal documents in court to end their marriage on February 20, barely a day after the professional ice hockey player allegedly made a pass at a waitress at an upscale restaurant in Beverly Hills.

The retired athlete hit the headlines when he drunkenly flirted with a waitress and on a fellow diner in Maestro's eatery last January 30. Security put him in a taxi to maintain order in the place, according to Mail Online.
Sources close to Duff reveals that these string of events marked the last straw for the former teen star.
Duff previously insisted that their separation was amicable. When Aaron Carter, Duff's former boyfriend made a series of tweets that implied that he will always be there for her, Duff immediately dismissed such issue and claimed that she and Carter will be friends.
Duff and Comrie were frequently seen and photographed together for the past year. Duff, expressed that she still loved Comrie and even refused to rule out reconciliation last November 2014.
"We're uncoupled for now. If there wasn't a chance of getting back together then we would've filed for divorce," says Duff, who recently moved to New York City to shoot her new project, during a previous interview.
But now it seems that this couple is now uncoupled for good.
