To straighten things out, Nick WAS allowed to visit Bobbi Kristina, but as his lawyer pointed out, "Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristin" but "he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit."

Bobby's lawyer Christopher Brown also said in a statement with E! News Saturday evening: "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to the investigation."
Lawyer Brown also pointed out that Gordon seemed not "desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina" contrary to the rumors circulating that he would do everything to take a glimpse of his girlfriend.
Last week, Gordon claimd that Brown and his family banned him from visiting Bobbi Kristina.
Gordon also hit the news after he seemed to be enjoying Valentine's Day and even managed to get a new tattoo bearing Bobbi Kristina's name.
It's also true that doctors had performed a tracheotomy on Bobbi Kristina to prevent infection caused by her breathing tube.
Bobbi's family continues to pray for her recovery as they remain hopefull that she would sooner or later recover.
"We continue to request privacy in this matter," Bobby Brown said in a statement to E! News.
"We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina and God is hearing our prayers," he said.
