With a plume of smoke and the smell of burned out tires brought on by the ecstatic celebration of a burnout, Joey Logano won the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series 57th Daytona 500 at the Daytona International Speedway.

Despite the most significant victory of Logano's career, the only thing on the driver's mind was how he and his new wife would celebrate the momentous occasion. The 24-year old exclaimed that he did not know how to celebrate.

While most people would be exploding with joy at the thrill of winning, Logano is just not used to it.

Two years after Logano washed out of one of NASCAR's top rides, he would eventually make a comeback and win in "The Great American Race." The win gave him a spot in the Daytona 500.

Heading into the event, the NASCAR community was enveloped with drama following multiple crashes and injuries.

The event itself was lackluster as Logano was way ahead of the pack to even call it a competition between drivers. While ahead of the group, a wreck would ensure that he could cruise into the finish line.

During an interview, Logano said that when he started racing he wasn't even 21 years old, making milk and cookies his celebration instead of the traditional champagne.

The win has net him US $1.58 million. The immediate action that Logano and his wife Brittney have in mind is sitting down and re-watching the race, as what they usually do.

His first place finish is a culmination of his seven years of racing and trying to live up to impossible expectations.

Logano is currently the second youngest Daytona 500 winner in history. He comes in behind Trevor Bayne who was only 20 years old when he won first place in the competition.

Logano's win also gives Ford a sweep in the opening weekend of the Daytona, as several other Ford racers won their races as well.
