(Photo : Reuters) Lady Gaga has been named Woman of the Year at the Billboard Women in Music Award.
Lady Gaga was solo as she heads to the red carpet at the Oscars... and she's not with her fiancé.
But there's nothing to worry about because the couple are totally OK, it's just that work commitments prevented Kinney from coming.
Lady Gaga, who was recently engaged to marry Taylor Kinney, was slated to perform at the biggest night in Hollywood without husband-to-be Taylor Kinney by her side on the red carpet.

The singer eventually clarified why Kinney wasn't able to make it.
"He has to work in the morning," Gaga explained to reporters although she also said that Kinney would be staying tune on her performance at home.
Kinney popped the marriage proposal to the 28-year-old "Bad Romance" singer on Valentine's Day.
The best-selling singer was more than happy to flaunt her massive heart-shaped diamond ring online, after the two have been dating for almost four years.
Lady Gaga already confirmed via Instagram the news of her engagement and was really, really happy about it.
"He gave me his heart on Valentine's Day, and I said YES!" the celebrity said on Instagram.
The singer just couldn't hide the excitement of soon becoming a wife and shared to fans what she really liked the most about her unique diamond ring.
"My favorite part of my engagement ring, Taylor and Lorraine (Schwartz) designed "T (heart) S" in white diamonds on the band," she said.
