Actor Ben Woolf, known as 'The Infantata' and 'Meep' in the American Horror Story TV Series, passed away in Los Angeles last February 23, according to New York Times.
Woolf was 34 years old.
The death was apparently caused by a stroke related to the injuries he sustained during a road accident last Thursday.

Woolf, who stood at 4'4, was struck by the side mirror of the car in Hollywood at around 9 in the evening, according to Sara Faden, spokesperson of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The driver remained on the scene of the accident and no charges indicted.
"Unfortunately, it was just a tragic accident," says Faden.
Woolf rose to fame when he starred on the Emmy nominated FX series, American Horror Story. Its storyline and characters change after each season. Dark themed and concise, the TV show garnered good TV ratings.
In the first season, Woolf played a Frankenstein monster, otherwise known as 'Infantata' and became a murderous ghost.
Woolf's performance in the first season was exemplary that it was no surprise that he was also pulled in to star as a freak named 'Meep' in the recently concluded fourth season of 'The American Horror Story.'
"One of the most inspirational people I've ever met," says Ryan Murphy, the co-creator of the series.
As a child, Woolf was diagnosed with pituitary dwarfism but this did not serve as a hindrance to pursue his dreams.
Before rising to fame and focusing a full-time career in acting, Woolf was a preschool teacher, according to Woolf's publicist, Zach Teperman.
"Because when you're with children, you kind of live in a different world that doesn't have any rules it's more on imagination," Woolf said, in a previous video interview.
Woolf is survived by his parents and siblings, who chose to withheld their names due to privacy concerns. He also owned a dog named Lisa.
"We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years. His memory will live on within each of us and within his work," Woolf's family said in the official statement.
