Kylie Jenner is going to turn 18 this year and she is reportedly following in her older sister's footsteps, Kendall by shelling out millions on her very own house.

The 17-year old reality star is already believed to have began the process of purchasing the US$2.7 million house situated in Calabasas-just a mere block away from her famous sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian's homes.

The house, which is in inside an exclusive and gated community, boasts of five bedrooms, outdoor pool, a huge kitchen, and a home theater. 

TMZ reported that Kris Jenner, who is also Kylie's manager, is the one facilitating the home purchase, although it is Kylie's own money being used to finalize the sale.

Once the deal is done, the seemingly party-girl Kylie will be in a neighborhood just 24 miles away from Hollywood and the heart of the LA club scene.

Her reported move comes after model sister Kendall decided to buy a US$1.39 million condo last year, which is located in the city. 

According to TMZ, the globe-trotting Kendall has taken out a US$910,000 mortgage on the unit, which only has 2 bedrooms, despite the expensive price tag. Unlike Kylie who is near her sisters' and mom's homes, Kendall's condo, which features a heated swimming pool, is in a high-rise building located in the upscale LA area of Westwood.

Kylie and Kendall were last seen together in their promotional video for PacSun showcasing their Spring collection, which will hit stores on February 27.

In other news, Kylie, and her other sisters were involved in an accident just two weeks after their dad, Bruce Jenner was involved in a Malibu car crash that left one woman dead.

Khloe Kardashian was driving the black Yukon GMC when she drove on a patch of black ice, causing her to spin off the road and into the oncoming traffic. Fortunately, the car wasn't hit and didn't hit anybody and just ended up in a ditch. Kim Kardashian, daughter North West and Kylie Jenner were the car's passengers.
