Bill Cosby wants the court to dismiss the charges of defamation filed against him by three female accusers.

Cosby's lawyer announced Tuesday that they would seek a federal court decision this Friday that would dismiss the defamation lawsuit filed by Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz.

Cosby was slapped by a defamation lawsuit by Tamara in a federal court in Massachusetts last December.

The same lawsuit was filed by Therese and Linda, accusing the embattled comedian of drugging her before he sexually assaulted her in 1976.

Linda also claimed Cosby drugged and sexually groped her in 1970.

The three women claimed Cosby had defamed their "good name and reputation" when he called them liars.

The trio is asking an unspecified amount of money in compensation and punitive damages.

In a statement to The Associated Press, the three's lawyer was not surprised that Cosby would be moving to get their case dismissed. The lawyer has until March 20 to counter Cosby's motion.

Meanwhile, another woman has just stepped out to, once more, accuse Cosby of sexually assaulting her.

A former model named Heidi Thomas told CNN that the 77-year-old comedian once invited her to his Reno residence, where he sexually assaulted her in 1984. 

She was only 24 back then and was told over the phone by Annie Maloney of JF Images to see Cosby, who Malone said was looking for young talent to train.

She was initially told to see Cosby at Harrah's Hotel and Casino where he was performing, but was transported by a limo to a private house on the outskirts of town.

Thomas was personally welcomed by Crosby. She first did a monolog until Cosby requested her to act as if she were intoxicated.

Heidi recalled that Cosby wasn't impressed by her performance, so he asked her to a glass of Chablis until she became "foggy".

She woke up naked next to Cosby, who was also naked while he tried to force "himself in my mouth."

She recalled what Cosby said: "I'm your friend ... your friend is gonna (ejaculate) again." Confused with what's happening, she ran out of the room. 

The two met again in St. Louis a couple of months later but they did not talk about the incident because there wasn't an opportunity for the two of them to be alone.

In the CNN interview, Thomas claimed that she wasn't really abused, but she believed it was all her fault.

"There's another thing I wish I could explain. [The] closest thing I can say here is I just wanted to make this right ... I'm still not thinking I've been abused. I'm thinking this is all my fault," she said.
