Though Virginia police have acquired a search warrant, a teenage suspect of sexting is struggling against police efforts to obtain photos of his aroused state to use in court against him.
The 17-year-old was accused of sending pornographic videos of himself to his 15-year-old girlfriend and was charged for possessing and producing child pornography in juvenile court after her mother filed a complaint to the authorities.

Prince William County prosecutors have insisted that they need photos of his erected penis to compare against the ones he allegedly sent his girlfriend.
Defense attorney Jessica Harbeson Foster said in a report that the Manassas City Police Department "threatened to take him to a hospital and medically induce an erection with an injection" citing that she has never heard of cases where police have pursued photos akin to her client's, especially since he's a minor.
"I don't mind trying the case. My goal is to stop the search warrant. I don't want him to go through that. Taking him down to the hospital so he can get an erection in front of all those cops, that's traumatizing," she added.
A hearing about the warrant is scheduled next week as the teen's lawyers are fighting it since the warrant has been authorized but has not been executed yet.
According to Carlos Flores Laboy, the teen's guardian ad litem, he believes that the police are planning to do some sort of computer analysis of the photos comparison to verify that specimen photos look alike with the ones in the girl's phone.
Laboy claimed that the Manassas City Police want to prosecute unproven child pornography by creating more explicit photos of the teenager, describing it as both ironic and troubling.
The teen was sent out of state by his aunt to avoid the execution of the warrant claiming that he is 'overwhelmed and scared' that he police may show up anytime to take photos of his genitals like they did against his will when he was arrested in January.
On the other hand, Manassas City authorities declared that it is not their policy to allow invasive search procedures of suspects in cases with similar nature and denied claims of doing so in this case.
