Argentine President Cristina Fernandez Kirchner has been cleared of involvement in an alleged conspiracy meant to supposedly cover up Iran's role in a Jewish Center blast in 1994.
The judiciary stated in its decision that evidence presented by the prosecution does not meet the minimum standard required to prove the veracity of the charge.

Judge Daniel Rafecas handed down the verdict.
The case stems from allegations of state prosecutor Alberto Nisman that the Argentine president was blocking the probe into the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish community center in Buenos Aires.
Eighty-five people were killed in the explosion.
Nisman had accused Kirchner of conspiring with Tehran to supposedly whitewash the investigations, in exchange for economic favors. Fernandez had branded the charge as 'absurd."
Four days later, Nisman died in his apartment under 'mysterious circumstances.'
Last Saturday, a month after the prosecutor's death, tens of thousands took to the streets of Buenos Aires, demanding justice for Nisman.
The protest, called "18F," was organized by Nisman's fellow state prosecutors and it was one of the biggest rallies Kirchner faced in her seven-year administration.
It comes at a time when her two-term presidency draws to a close.
She is constitutionally barred from seeking a third term in the general elections in October.
Kirchner says the "18F" protest action marks the politicization of the judiciary.
But the organizers maintain the protest was meant to show the people's anger over the sudden death of the state prosecutor.
Meanwhile, the prosecution in the conspiracy case against Kirchner is set to appeal the court's promulgation.
