(Photo : Reuters) Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong'o opens up about how Oprah Winfrey has inspired her and, how losing her anonymity has been challenging.
Lupita Nyong'o's stunning US$150,000-pearl-studded gown, which the actress wore at the Academy Awards, was stolen in a Hollywood heist that could be likened to a movie scene.
The Calvin Klein gown with 6,000 white pearls was taken from Nyong'o's hotel room in London West Hollywood.

TMZ.com first broke the news of the heist.
There were really no expectations that such a crime would be committed, although it could also be possible given that Nyong'o had a number of staff, including friends, makeup artists, stylists and fitters who have come and gone in her hotel room.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Officer John Mitchell confirmed that they have been informed of the heist around 11:30 pm, Wednesday.
The sheriff's department believed that the expensive dress was easily stolen around Wednesday evening when Nyong'o was not around. No other details have been released by the police.
Nyong'o attempted to file a police report, but because it was just merely loaned to her, Calvin Klein should be the one to do so.
Nyong'o was inside the hotel room when police officers arrived to investigate the scene. It was believed that the heist happened between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Nyong'o changed attire before she attended the Vanity Fair post-Oscars party Sunday evening.
No suspect has yet been identified but investigators were optimistic that surveillance footage will reveal some clue.
However, a source revealed that there might be some confusion on the timing of the dress's disappearance.
Nyong'o might have apparently assumed the dress was just misplaced until she realized it was already stolen.
The 31-year-old of Mexican actress of Kenyan ancestry grabbed the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her stirring performance in 12 Years a Slave. She eventually rose to becoming a fashion icon and as the face of Lancome.
