The transformation of Wang Qian's identity from golden-collar to principal originates from 2004.
In 2004, Wang Qian's husband was the international project manager in American Westinghouse Electric Corporation. In his business with Chinese operation, he noticed the rapid development of China and his personal development opportunity in China. He quitted his high-position job, came back to his home country, and set up Aiwei electromechanical (Nanjing) Limited Co. After nearly a decade of hard work, the company now is already a well-known international overseas enterprise in Jiangpu district.
Influenced by her husband, Wang Qian wavered and eventually decided to give up the golden-collar identity and returned to home country to star a business. At that time, Wang Qian has been working at Motorola for 8 years and at Apple for 3 years and has become the development executives for Asia-Pacific Area in Apple.
It is not easy to give up the work recognition that has been received and living habit formed in the16-years oversea life. However, from Wang Qian's perspective, her husband's development in China touched her and made her decided to work for herself.
After she arrived at Pujiang, based on research on many different aspects, she found one career path that she likes very much and also pretty much needed in Jiangpu's market, Children's Foreign Language Education. 16 years of oversea life and work let her understand how important for children to have a international vision. As their child grow up, she notices that many parents in her son's class make real effort and spend almost 30% of their annual salary on children's education and, but still can not find a best way to improve children's English learning. Wang Qian thinks that she should play her strength and help children here to find a shortcut on learning English.
