Kanye West wants to make sure that his infamous encounters with Taylor Swift and Beck aren't mentioned inside the courtroom!
Kanye is currently facing an assault charge filed against him by a photographer and his lawyer is requesting the judge handling the case to prohibit the photographer from making any reference whatsoever to his client's two shameful stunts at the awards shows.

The photographer suing the rapper, Daniel Ramos, claims he was beat up badly at LAX by Kanye and is suffering from substantial injuries. The lawyers defending Kanye say that the primary reason why the 2009 MTV Music Awards (where Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift) and the 57th Annual Grammy Awards (where he attempted to go on stage and subtly protested Beck's win) should be brought up is to make Kanye look bad in front of the jury.
According to TMZ, Kanye's lawyers say that the incidents are considered irrelevant, but their attempt to prohibit the photographer's camp from dredging the incidents up is interesting since they're basically admitting that their client's actions made him look bad.
The lawyer further went on to say that showing the videos would cause the jurors to form a negative and biased opinion of Kanye.
On the other hand, Gloria Allred, Daniel's lawyer told TMZ that, "It is laughable that Kanye West appears to be so ashamed of his conduct that he doesn't want the jury to know what he did," saying that millions of people have seen his actions, so why is he attempting to hide it from the jury?
As for Kanye, he pled no contest to the charge, but he is currently on probation and is required to enroll himself in anger management courses.
