YouTube video sharing on social media sites is easier with these new features as Android device users can easily trim frames and cut short their long running videos before uploading.
On Android device, before going to upload a video, the app will suggest to either hold or drag two big dots located on the left and right end of the frames. By moving these dots, people will be able to choose which definite frames they would like to appear on their video.
After cropping, users will be able to preview their videos before clicking on the "upload now" button. The In-line video preview feature allows uploaders to double check the details and make necessary changes to their videos.
Prior to this new features, people either upload their entire videos directly or edited the video first using a third party app prior uploading it on YouTube.
With these new updates, users can edit and omit unwanted frames in their video shots before uploading and sharing it on any social media site. This gives uploaders full control to choose frames they want to share and which comes first and last.
