Four months after recovering from the Ebola virus, Texas nurse Nina Pham is set to file a lawsuit against the Texas Health Resources for negligence.
Pham's attorney, Charla Aldous, said the lawsuit will claim that Texas Health Resources did not train her to properly equip herself from Ebola. She was then tasked to take care of Eric Duncan, the first patient who contracted Ebola virus in the United States.

Aside from negligence, Aldous pointed out that Pham also claims the hospital invaded her privacy because they disclosed her identity and other personal information to the public against her will.
Pham also claims that there was one doctor who treated her and filmed her without her consent. The process was videotaped and published to the public relations page of the company online.
Pham was diagnosed with the disease three days after the death of Duncan. She was initially treated at the Texas Health Presbyterian but was transferred to the National Institute of Health five days after.
The 26-year-old nurse may have been announced to be Ebola-free but according to other reports, she still has body aches and insomnia due to the deadly disease. Her claims in the lawsuit include medical expenses, loss of future earnings, and physical and mental anguish.
"I wanted to believe that they would have my back and take care of me, but they just haven't risen to the occasion," Pham said in an exclusive interview with The Dallas Morning News
Texas Health Resources also released an e-mailed statement last week via their spokesman Wendell Watson that Pham served the Texas Health Dallas during a very difficult time and that they continue to support her and wish her the best.
Watson adds that the company remains optimistic for a constructive dialogue and they hope they can resolve the matter between them and not via a lawsuit.
