Mr. Zhang who assumed he was familiar with the property developer of Shunfeng Villa exposed to media yesterday morning that since Gong Li (a well-known Chinese actress) hadn't live in Chengdu for a long time, and she didn't authorize anyone to manage the villa, the developer was preparing to ask Kong Li to return the house he once gave Gong Li for free.

Mr.Zhang assumed that he knew some inside information, he told media mysteriously that actually, there were several developers as to the property of Shunfeng Villa. And recently someone wanted to buy the villa of Gong Li which located in the No.C38 of Shunfeng Community and to decorate the villa into a company, for Kong Li hasn't lived in the house for a long time, the developer who gave the villa to Kong Li as a present then agreed so. Since there is no one living here, and plus a lack of management, the villa has become dilapidated. Mr. Zhang said they have begun to contact Gong Li, if only she agree to give up the villa, the developer would soon ask back.
The media called Miss. Wang Hui who recently moved into the villa of Gong Li again yesterday afternoon, she said she was only working there, her boss asked her to move in for handling official business, and she knows as well as cares nothing else.
Qi Xin, the president of Aiming Property Management of Sichuan Province told journalists that he could not clarify the stuff of Shunfeng Villa for it was too complicated. And he also wasn't informed of Miss. Wang Hui's moving into the villa.
