After beating her own record and demolishing number one contender Cat Zingano in just 14 seconds, people are beginning to wonder, what is next for Ronda Rousey and the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) women's bantamweight division?
As with all fights against Rousey, everyone expected a fight. With Zingano's grit, never-give-up attitude, and unbeaten record, the main event had all the makings of a fight that would have the belt up for grabs.

The fight started and Zingano raced to Rousey with a running knee. Rousey threw a counter left hook to respond, but was soon put in a headlock by Zingano.
The contender looked to use her strong wrestling game to take the champion down. However, dragging Rousey to the ground was not a good idea as her Judo instincts kicked in and she fought hard in the scramble.
Rousey ended up on top and added another arm to her submission collection.
However, the drubbing that ensued just proved that all of the hype was just people's hope; their hope of having any female bantamweight competitor that is in the same level that Rousey is in.
The women's bantamweight division has been cleared out. Even UFC President Dana White has joked that Rousey should start fighting guys instead.
There are a couple of names on the short list to face Rousey. They are of multiple boxing champion Holly Holm and undefeated Bethe Correira.
Holm fought in the same card against a tough Raquel Pennington. With her deep arsenal of strikes molded by the great Mike Winklejohn, Holm managed a split decision victory.
White was not impressed and has stated that she may need to win a few fights first before facing Rousey.
Correira has been on a warpath in the bantamweight division, taking out two out of the three members of Rousey's stable, "the four horsewomen." She has let everyone know that she wants to fight for the title, but seems to be a few fights away from it as well.
In any case, the UFC's bantamweight division has time to find a contender as Rousey will be taking time off to do a movie first.
