The revision of the Obamacare health insurance will be the focus of an upcoming lawsuit to be filed by Republicans at the the U.S. House of Representatives against President Barack Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the House Rules Committee unveiled a legislation that will allow them to exercise legal action against Obama for using his presidential powers to carry out his agenda. The House Lawsuit was first announced by House Speaker John Boehner in the latter part of June, according to a Reuters report.

Although the legislation draft does not provide details on grievances, it authorizes Boehner to pursue court-ordered action against Obama and his administrative members for failing to act according to the Constitution and U.S. laws. It involves their failure to carry out the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
The new moves come on the heels of the Republicans' years-long unsuccessful attempts to reverse the 2010 law. They argue that the delay in Obamacare coverage is illegal and is not sanctioned by congress.
As the congressional elections approach, Republicans are attempting to regain power over the Senate from the pro-Obama Democrats. However, Boehner said the lawsuit does not have anything to do with the tug-of-war between Republicans and Democrats but argued that it is all about "protecting the Constitution."
Meanwhile, Democratic Representative Steve Israel described the forthcoming lawsuit as a "stunt." He explained that the Republican wing at Congress is spending millions of dollars suing Obama over ACA after it spent billions of dollars opposing the same law.
Republicans also complained about Obama's move to increase federal contractors' minimum wage, implement new pollution controls for coal plants, suspend deportations of illegal residents, and allowing same-sex couples to have family leave.
Obama, on the other hand, responded to the upcoming lawsuit by saying that the Republicans are not doing their job but are suing him for doing his.
