Brooklyn Beckham celebrated his 16^th birthday on Tuesday and revealed the present Kanye West sent him.

The son of former professional footballer David and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, took to Instagram to personally thank the rapper for sending a gift his way. The present? A beige pair of his Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost, which are now selling for more than US$1500.

He first posted a photo of the shoes and captioned it, "Thanks Kanye for the yeezys," then followed it up with a photo of him, all dressed up and ready to go out for his birthday dinner wearing his new sneakers. 

David, who has four kids with his wife Victoria of 16 years, greeted his oldest son a happy birthday by posting photos of him and Brooklyn, accompanied with a very simple yet sweet message on his official Facebook page. 

The 39-year old father posted two photos-the first one shows Brooklyn as a baby walking on the football field with his dad, while the second is a more recent snap showing David giving Brooklyn a kiss on the head. He captioned the post, "Happy Birthday to my big boy xx."

The photo, which not all 16-year old kids want the whole world to see might have left Brooklyn embarrassed, especially that the football star just recently shared that his son has requested him to simply "park around that corner," when he drops him off at school. 

David revealed that Brooklyn always tells him to "park around the corner," where Brooklyn gets out of the car and walks to school. Adding that Brooklyn just did it to him the other day after he opened the window and shouted "I love you," as his son was walking to school.

He laughingly shared that his wife reminded their kids that they have a really cool dad, but sadly, "it didn't seem to make much of a difference," he said.
