31-year old Australian supermodel says that she is too busy to even think of having a boyfriend and that he is happily single.
It has been remembered that her split with British Actor Orlando Bloom was one of the most talked about break-ups in Hollywood last year. She and Orlando have been married for three years but they ended it last October. Kerr and Bloom has a three-year-old son named Flynn. Flynn might be the reason why these two remained close even after their shocking break-up.

However, just recently, rumors sparked that Kerr is dating a businessman named James Packer. Packer is a fellow Australian and is a media mogul.
She dismissed these immediately and said that this happens all the time with her as well as with her ex-husband Orlando. She stressed that people can speculate as much as they like but she knows the truth so it does not matter what people think.
''You're with a friend and then they assume that just because you're with a friend it's suddenly: that's your new partner. People just assume, just because you're going to have a coffee with someone or have dinner, then suddenly you're dating!'', Kerr says.
Being in the modeling business for 17 years, even after ending her contract with Victoria's Secret, Kerr is still happy with her career and she has said that she wants to focus more on her son Flynn.
She has been asked if she is looking for a boyfriend and said "NO" immediately. She says that she already has too much on her plate and that she has to juggle her career and being a mother.
If given a chance to meet someone, she says that she is looking for someone who has a genuine heart. She says that this is the most important for her. Kerr has also said that going on dates won't hurt as long as her schedule permits her to go on one or two.
