In anticipation of the looming Heists DLC coming for Grand Theft Auto V Online on March 10, game developer Rockstar Games announced that it will be giving players the opportunity to increase heist payouts by receiving extra cash bonuses.

The Heists DLC is easily the most anticipated downloadable content for GTA V ever since it was promised in spring of last year, but has been continuously delayed.

For most gamers, it's difficult to spend days of doing missions receiving small payouts just to be able to purchase one high-end vehicle or apartment. Because of this, the huge payouts from completing heists that were implemented in the game's story mode are very attractive for online gamers.

According to the announcement, in addition to the huge heist payouts, Rockstar will also be giving out lump sums of cash bonuses when completing certain "Elite Challenges":

All in Order Challenge - Players will receive US$1,000,000 in-game cash when completing all Heists Missions, including setups, in order.

Loyalty Challenge - When completing all Heists Missions with the same group of partners, each player will be receiving a US$1,000,000 in-game cash bonus.

Criminal Mastermind Challenge - Gamers who complete all Heists Missions in order, as well as with the same group, will be receiving a massive US$10,000,000 cash bonus.

For less ambitious gamers or those who simply play with random people online, not all is lost. Rockstar will also be giving gamers an unspecified amount of bonus cash to anyone who completes each Heist Finale for the first time.

Although the Heists DLC has been delayed for nearly a whole year now, gamers are presumably salivating at the Tuesday release and a brand new game-mode for GTA Online.

"With the launch of GTA Online Heists imminent, we have no doubt you and your Crew are cracking your knuckles and rubbing your sticky fingers together at the prospect of pulling off elaborate robberies at some of Los Santos' most closely-guarded institutions," Rockstar said in its announcement.
