Liam Neeson on Making More Action Movies: "Maybe Two More Years"

Though he's 62-years old, Liam Neeson looks like he has no plans of ever slowing down.
After the successful "Taken" movies and "Non-Stop," he continues to star in action movies, one of which is going to be released this Friday, entitled "Run All Night." In the movie, Neeson will be tussling it out with men half his age, including rapper Common and RoboCop star Joel Kinnaman.

And while Neeson looks like he could continue fighting off thugs forever, the actor revealed that he's seriously thinking of leaving action films.
Speaking to reporters in New York, he shared, "I'm in a very, career-wise, great place," and continued that the success of the Taken films made Hollywood see him in a different light. "I get sent quite a few action-oriented scripts, which is great. I'm not knocking it. It's very flattering. But there is a limit, of course," he added.
Regarding whether he'd continue starring in action movies, he said, "For myself, maybe two more years. If God spares me and I'm healthy and stuff. But after that, I'll stop, I think."
To which, Ed Harris, who stars alongside Neeson in "Run All Night," simply said "We'll see."
Regarding aging on-screen, Harris feels fine about it, saying that he's in good shape, feels good and comfortable. Despite the age, he's enjoying what he does and is happy that he gets to gain more knowledge "as the years go by."
As for Neeson, he shared a story about an article about 74-year old actor Nick Nolte. In the article, he said that Nick revealed that he hates growing old and cries everyday when he wakes up and then said that he doesn't feel the same way Nick does.
The action-thriller, Run All Night which hits theaters on March 13, will show Neeson battling it out with his best friend (played by Harris) when his son's life is put at risk.
