Bandai has already released arcade versions of "Tekken 7" in Japan. No official announcement has been made yet on when Tekken 7 will be d elsewhere or about the console versions.

That doesn't mean there will be no console versions for Tekken 7. Shoryuken reported a promo video of Unreal Engine 4 featured Tekken 7, which included a caption that the game will be released for the arcade, PS 4 and Xbox One.   

Many believe a PS 4 and Xbox One version of Tekken 7 is more than likely because all of the previous Tekken installments were released in arcade and console version. The first five installments were available for the PlayStation consoles while Tekken 6 was also released for the Xbox 360.  

The promo video virtually confirms the upcoming release of Tekken 7 to the PS 4 and Xbox One consoles, even if there's no official confirmation from Bandai Namco.

It's said Bandai cocan'tuld not afford to limit Tekken 7 to an arcade version only as the game developer has to make Tekken 7 available to as many platforms as possible if it wants to successfully compete with other game fighting franchises such as Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter.

While it's probable Tekken 7 will be released to next generation consoles, reports have come out there will be no Wii U, Xbox 360 and PS 3 versions for the upcoming Tekken game. 

Katsuhiro Harada from Tekken, however, gave some statements hinting Tekken 7 may be released to current generation platforms. The PC version for Tekken 7 has yet to be officially confirmed.

 Although the Japanese arcade version has been released, Bandai has yet to reveal what the gameplay looks like in the console versions. The game developer only told fans the Tekken 7 gameplay will be different from other fighting games.
