With the Seattle Seahawks recently acquiring tight end Jimmy Graham, National Football League (NFL) National Lead Writer Mike Freeman thinks the team now has what it takes to go undefeated throughout the next season.

In an article for bleacherreport.com Freeman fears for the 1972 Miami Dolphins, the last team to go undefeated through the Super Bowl, as he says that the Seahawks have a shot at not losing a game next year.

He indicates that acquiring Graham is one of the biggest and most significant moves the Seahawks have made, changing everything for the team.

Before calls for a biased article come up, Freeman says that his statement was reached from a rational and level-headed reflection on what the Seahawks have done the past few years.

He says that the Seahawks have been to the Super Bowl for two straight years. Armed with a killer passing offense and despite having no speed or athleticism, they got to win a ring.

While Graham had a streak of being bullied by bigger and more physical defenses, the tables have now turned as he is now on the side of the bullies.

An athletic tight tend, the return of "Beast Mode" Marshawn Lynch, and an intact defense revitalized with Graham, and the Seahawks have a shot at an unbeaten streak.

Graham is one of only two tight ends in league history with multiple 1,000-plus receiving yard seasons, including at least 10 touchdowns per season. The other one is New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Finally, Freeman says that the division is currently a mess, which is an advantage for the Seahawks to win the division again.

One of the other great things about the Seahawks is that they are a team that stays motivated and hungry.

Graham adds the kind of the threat that Lynch and Russell Wilson have in the rushing game.

Now, the Seahawks have offensive weapons in both the rushing and passing departments.
