Typhoon Rammasun had made landfall in the general vicinity of Legazpi City in the Bicol Region of the Philippines Tuesday.
Rammasun has increased its wind speeds of up to 115 mph (168 kph) with wind gusts of up to 145 mph as it enters dry land. It is now a Category 3 cyclone moving in the general direction of west north-west at a speed of 10 mph.

Rammasun, locally named Glenda, passed north of Samar province early Tuesday.
Sources say that wind gusts of up to 150 mph struck the northern part of the Samar province uprooting trees, bringing floods, storm surges with waves of up to 20 feet, stranding passengers, causing landslides and power outages.
So far, no immediate casualties were reported, but three fishermen were declared missing after they failed to return to shore in the Sorsogon province.
Rammasun is now hammering Albay province while thousands are experiencing howling winds and heavy downpour in the dark as power has already been cut in the area.
National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council executive director Alexander Palma says that villagers moved rapidly when evacuated but has concerns as the typhoon will pass over densely populated area during the night and without power.
Rammasun will decrease its strength as it traverses land over the provinces of Quezon, Laguna and Cavite. By the time it reaches Manila, Capital City of the Philippines, mid-day Wednesday, the storm would be a Category 1 or 2 cyclone.
Rammasun will then pass thru Bulacan, Bataan and Pampanga before exiting the vicinity of Iba, Zambales. It will then move in the direction of north-northwest towards the borders of Vietnam and mainland China.
The typhoon would have significantly decreased its strength after exiting land. However, as it travels through open waters, it will again increase in strength. It is expected to reach a Category 4 cyclone by the time it reaches land somewhere in the vicinity of Wenchang in the Hainan province of China late this week.
