Ryan Seacrest is off the market! The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" producer is reportedly smitten with model and single mom Renée Hall after meeting her at his 40^th birthday party.

The 40-year old host, who was dating personal trainer Shayna Tailor for 18 months before deciding to call it quits last December, was reportedly infatuated with Renée after he as introduced to her by a mutual friend who attended his lavish party held in Napa Valley and they immediately hit it off.

The host of American Idol was recently seen out and about in New York this weekend, with the model who has a son, Levi, 8. A source told TMZ that the couple dropped by Manhattan's Museum of Modern Art.

The wonderful news comes just a few months after family and friends anticipated him to ask Shayna's hand for marriage. Sources close to the couple claimed that Ryan was planning to propose and that he was ready to settle down. Sadly, their relationship was not people thought it was and they ended up going their separate ways.

Ryan was also with "Safe Haven" star Julianne Hough for three years. It was when they broke up when he expressed his desire to find the kind of love that his parents have. "I look at what my mom and dad have had for 40-plus years--a fantastic relationship and great marriage. Someday I'd like that. They're my role models," he said.
