Lindsay Lohan Receives Harsh Backlash After Posting and Deleting the N-Word on Instagram

After serving jail time, attending court hearings and doing community service, we'd think by now, Lindsay Lohan would be a lot more careful of her actions. While she tried to get the issue under control, what she failed to remember is that everything that gets posted on the Internet becomes permanent.

Lindsay has over 3 million followers on Instagram, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that although she edited her post, there would still be hundreds or even thousands of people who have already screencapped it.
If you're wondering what this is all about, here's the backstory. Just like all other celebrities, Lindsay is currently in Paris for the Fashion Week and last night, she attended an event to watch Kanye's performance. Being the proud friend that she was, she boasted about it on Instagram and captioned the photo with the hashtag "#kanye&kimalldayniggas$."
A lot of people got pissed off at Lindsay and it's not because she clearly does not know how to use hashtags but because she offended people with her use of the N-word. While she deleted it right away, possibly after reading the harsh comments, the damage has already been done.
13 hours after deleting the N-word and she's still receiving harsh backlash for it.
The "Mean Girls" actress, realizing her error, quickly apologized and said that she had no intentions of offending anyone. A representative for Lindsay explained that the actress was simply referencing Kanye's lyrics for his newest song, "All Day."
"She is a friend of his, it is his new song, her intention was not to offend anyone and she apologizes!" Her representative said.
