29-year old supermodel, Bar Refaeli said "yes" to her Israeli business man boyfriend, Ali Ezra's marriage proposal. Bar's representative confirmed the news to Daily Mail and said, "We are pleased to tell you that she is engaged."

The couple met each other through common friends just a year ago.

Bar previously had a long-term relationship with "The Great Gatsby" star, Leonardo DiCaprio. They started dating way back in 2005, soon after the 40-year old actor broke it off with supermodel Gisele Bündchen. Bar and Leo were together for 6 years, before deciding to go their separate ways in 2011.

On Wednesday afternoon, the gorgeous model posted a photo of her and her now-fiancé kissing. The black and white picture was placed in a white picture frame, with a gold necklace, with a charm that said "Love" draped over it.

Ali is a businessman, who is currently the chairman of Neto ME Holdings, which imports, produces and distributes a wide range of food products in Israel.

This is a very special moment for Bar who was reported to be lamenting being single after breaking up with Leonardo. She once told an Israeli newspaper that she looks great and cool and does normal things like going out, watching movies and eating before asking "What's wrong with me? Why am I alone?

She also admitted that she had a pretty difficult time when she soon found out about Leonardo moving on with Blake Lively, who he had a very short fling with. Bar revealed that she choked and cried uncontrollably. "No one knows that I went back to my room and broke down in bitter tears. I couldn't stop crying," she said.

As for her ex, he has reportedly been secretly dating Rihanna and new rumors suggest that they are now living together.

This will not be Bar's first marriage. She got married to a close family friend in 2007, so she won't join the Israeli military. They later on divorced.
